This is the magic sauce on some Belgian beers, but the awesomeness doesn't stop there. Where modern brown sugar is just colored sugar with a bit of molasses, this is the real deal as far of nuances of flavors. It can take unpretentious chocolate chip cookies to a whole new level and custards to what feels like a sinful experience. Great product, great vendor
Great way to ad some color to beer recipe. Choose your yeast carefully, incomplete fermentation can lead to a syrupy end product. Also works great as an additive in BBQ sauce and glazes. Great brewing candi for my Irish Red recipe. No off taste and easy to pour. The size is just right.

It is not clear
The title is misleading. My fault for focusing on the word clear when I should have looked at the number instead. This is NOT clear syrup, it is amber.
