Apple iPhone 11, 128GB, White (Renewed)

This is my second renewed tech piece I’m buying and I will split up my review to address the two main worries I had The Renewed Experience: This thing just came about an hour ago, 2 days early might I add (not really part of the renewed experience just good job Grade Mobile ig), the outside box is not banged up per say but has some dents along the corner edges but the inside is packaged well enough and tight enough nothing was damaged. The phone itself has no visible scratches on the screen, I didn’t look immensely hard but no one else would either. Incredibly, the battery life of my phone that came was at 100%, I think generally 80-90+ is standard for “Excellent quality” phones. It came with a cable and charger as advertised which was nice to include but just be aware it’s (obviously) not an Apple brand charging brick as is one of the 5V 1A chargers you’d see with the iPhone 7 or so, so the fast charging capabilities of the phone probably not being used fully with that. Still a good deal and nothing else needed to start up other than what’s in the box. Software was great previous user was wiped clean and set up took 10 minutes or so. The Apple experience: I am writing this from an iPhone 8, my mum (who this is for) has an iPhone 6. The leap in quality is pretty astonishing. The glossy finish on the back is really great to look at, the bezels are thin, the screen is bright and the colours are sharp and it’s all made better by the size of the screen. Cant say anything for speed but a 3 or even 5 year jump in processors with 100% battery life? Will be streets ahead Definitely get this if you are looking for an upgrade from an 8 or lower I say. The options in 2024 are either an SE, an 11, or the 13s. All other options are not at all worth it.

Phone was delivered within 48hours of purchase, packaged really well. My daughter and myself were both super delighted with the refurbished iPhone 11 there is literally not a mark on it, it’s immaculate And works really well. You would think it was brand new. Will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.

First of all the phone is a fine apple product without fault (in my instance). However, the cable and charger that is provided with it almost burned the house down!!!!!!!!! It melted the cable between the plug into the phone and the cable. My daughter noticed it from the burning smell and probably saved us from a full fire!!! I spoke to Amazon who, not only confirmed they will do nothing, their final answer was, "we do not provide a guarantee, only a warrantee". I tried to argue they provide the wire which set fire in under a year so should be covered and they cut off the conversation!!!! I couldn't get pictures of the chat to confirm their horrid position. The answer was to speak to the insurance I took out, the insurance has a £25 excess, technically the only thing broken is the wire, because it melted while burning itself, on top of a pile of books, while doing the job it was paid for to do. I am not going to pay £25 excess to insurance to say 'hey we are all alive and ok but the wire provided nearly killed us, nothing needs replacing, I'm just paying the excess so we can all wipe our brows and say "close call"'. Honestly, I guess this is a sales strategy to buy new, as renewed may kill you. :(

1st time ordering a refurbished phone and was a bit apprehensive. However placed the order and was so happy to see it arrived one day earlier in a brown box, opened it and to my surprise it was in immaculate condition, it came with a plug and charger lead and also a free phone case that I thought was a lovely touch. The phone was so easy to set up and use straight away, the screen has no scratches, it looks and works perfectly well. No problems with my iPhone 11 so far. Definitely would recommend.

iPhone 11 was in excellent condition. Arrived promptly with free case and screen saver. Good value for money. Have recommended to my friends.

I don't tend to write many reviews but there was a note with the phone requesting them to help promote a new startup. I was a little apprehensive about buying a renewed iPhone after looking at various sellers i purchased an iPhone 11 for my son. Once delivered, I videoed opening the box and checking the phone for any marks and working correctly, but it was immaculate. I also checked the battery Maximum Capacity and it was at 93%. I'm assuming this has had the battery replaced at some point (with it being a 4-5 year old phone), but my daughter advised it may be an OEM battery as some 3rd party batteries won't display the Capacity? Either way, my son loves his phone and it's been working without any issues. Recommended!!

Arrived with a different colour than what was ordered. Battery life is below 80%. Ordered as in excellent condition in which I would have had minimum of 80 percent battery life left supposedly. A bit grimy but was cleaned easily with almost no scratches in the metal parts and perfect back and front glass parts. No issues with anything else currently. Not perfect but happy enough to keep it.

NO COMPREN MOVILES REACONDICIONADOS, CON MALA SUERTE SE CAYO AL SUELO. EL SEGURO QUE CONTRATE FATAL. CASI 35 EUROS A LA BASURA. I EL MOBIL TODAVÍA ESTOY INTENTANDO ENCONTRAR LA VIA PARA CONTACTAR CON ALGUIEN QUE ME DE UNA SOLUCION. 200 I PICO DE EUROS A LA BASURA.

Article achetée début juin et carte réseau morte , deux mois et demi après 😡 cher pour un portable jetable Évitez ce vendeur , il ne répond pas aux messages , depuis 6 semaines rien a été résolu et même Amazon ne règle pas le problème alors qu’il y a soi disant l assurance de A à Z , mauvais achat , mauvaise aventure

Il telefono non funziona più dopo 2 mesi, non l’ho fatto cadere né niente, i colori non funzionano più, il telefono fa vedere solo bianco e nero e alcune volte non funziona proprio e si riscalda velocissimo in un punto. VERGOGNA, non mi aspettavo così!!!!
