can this be used on hair that has been relaxed and growing out?

I would not recommend. I did that in the past and ended up losing my hair. In addition, the texturizing effect works best on natural hair.

What are the ingredients? It’s hard to believe it’s Lye free if it’s a texturizer but I’m open to being wrong.

I don’t believe any are Lye-free, but google the ingredients. Please make sure you keep your hair moisturized!
