Amazing, long lasting eyeliner, l ordered black and brown both of them are brilliant .

I have oily eyelids. This pencil stays on really well after it sets...of course, it's not 100% smudge-proof, but it sits nicely. You might need to clean up a tiny bit once over a 10-hour period, but if you apply it just to the eyelid, you don't even have to worry about it. It applies easily since it's creamy, but you have to be careful not to break it. For this price, I recommend it.

I was pleased to find that this stuff stays put rather well. It goes on creamy enough (could be softer, but hey, low price) and "sets" after about 5-10 seconds. It's obviously designed for making clear lines - you won't get a smoky look with this because it's doesn't smudge well, and that's a good thing! Careful not to go over the same area too heavily; it may flake a little as it doesn't seem to like to stick to itself once it's set. It's definitely water resistant because my eyes ALWAYS water at the corners a little so reluctantly I've learned to stay away from most liquid and pen liners as they always either run or flake off after a few hours.One odd thing I noticed: you might find it easier to do the liner first, then do your shadows. After finishing my shadow then trying to put the liner over it, it took noticeable effort to draw and get it to stick without pulling my skin too much. Might just be me and my cheap frosty shadows though, LOL!

This was my go to liner for years but they must have changed the formula. The last 3 liners didn’t last long because the tip broke almost every time I used it. It also doesn’t glide on like it used to.
