Good Product
Used in the tack room of the barn. Easy installation ,, works as advertised. Remote control useful in controlling unit (installed in cabinet under sink).

Decent product
Did not pass test for shower. Works perfect for kitchen sink or bathroom sink. Product is compact compared to others. Simple design, easy to install. Would recommend for singular location use such as small shower or sink.

Lasted about 3 uses.
Got this for a coffee truck in order to pass inspection. Used it about 3 times. Most the time it was off, no power even running to it. During the summer months I didn't need to use it (draws a lot of power on the generator) but when I went to fire it up at the end of August, it fails to turn on. Being an electrician, I checked to make sure it had power all the way to the unit first, which it did. Does not power on regardless of the method used (remote, manually). Product isn't even a year old (JUST over 6 months, purchased in March). Pretty crappy if you ask me.Going to try and get ahold of some sort of customer support to see if they'll replace the item, will update review if they do. For now, no luck.

We love it for Salon hot water. Just make sure the electrician adds a large enough breaker.

Works great plenty of hot water The remote sucks.
Love this I hooked it up as a shower by the pool. I used to have a propane one. I had no problem adding the wires to a 220 outlet we had for a hot tub. Follow the directions I assumed I was short a wire went to ACE hardware they all said I was missing a wire just take neutral and back and connect to 2 black wires. I tested it with 2 garden hose'sworks great plenty of hot water. Now I have housed on a cement wall outside used pvc 1 inch and 1/2 inch tubing highly recommend. Remote was very disappointing I wanted to be able to turn it down for the kids. Now I have to get up. Remote was unreliable at best, even if it would shut it of that would have helped. If they had an app for my phone would be nice.
