I have decided, over a period of time ( a few years ) that Thorne will be my go-to for vitamins from now on. There are a couple of other brand names that I like in vitamins and herbal supplements, but this brand – Thorne – is one I will continue to come back to time and time again. They make me feel better. They make me look better. They make me more energetic. They make my life a little easier. And they support the me that needs to see through the overload of advertisements to the truth. The truth is that THORNE vitamins are the best I’ve found and I will continue to use them so long as I can afford them. Yes, this brand name vitamin is pricey. But, when you are talking about your health, pricey often is worth what it costs. Even if you must stop eating out a couple of the times you might to pay for them – the price is worth the benefits. The Bad: they’re pricey The Best: they really do work I recommend these over 50 vitamins for anyone like me, who really sees through the ad to the meat of the vitamin… these vitamins really work. Just try them and you’re sure to agree and believe. Just like me!

I don’t understand everyone’s complaints about a smell from the 50+ multivitamins. I smell absolutely nothing. I take 2 a day with breakfast and it’s kept me calm and my energy level is steady during the day. No side effects, going normally to the bathroom. I don’t believe you have to necessarily take the 6 pills recommended a day. 2-3 pills should suffice if you’re eating a balanced diet. I’d recommend them.

First, I am over 50 yrs old and I did some research and learned that the vitamin K2 is very important for women my age for bone support. Not all vitamins are alike. That’s for sure. I found this brand and ordered it. I really like this vitamin. Some complain because it says to take up to 6 pills a day. I don’t. I take one at breakfast, and another at lunch. I feel so much better. My energy levels are up, and taking this vitamin is the only thing I changed in my life. I take it with my meals so no stomach upset. As for the smell, that tells me there’s a lot of vitamin in that jar. lol. I’ve smelled worse. lol. I will order this again.

This vitamin is a must have for women over 50. Offers gentle gut support, hair support, immune and stress support...and third party tested for authenticity. My hair was shedding at an alarming rate and after much research I thought maybe I'm missing a vital nutrient. I started taking these vitamins and noticed (after 5-7 days) next to zero hair fall or shedding and my digestion and elimination is absolutely perfect. I didn’t realize instructions were to take 6 pills. That is just ridiculous. I’ve been only taking 3 a day instead, but these make me feel nauseous. They have a very very strong vitamin smell and taste. So even taking only half a dose, they make me feel sick. These might be good quality vitamins, but I won’t be purchasing again.

6 capsules in a single dose!!! 😡 High quality multi vitamin but the number of capsules for a single dose is absolutely absurd!

I bought this multivitamin for my mom, and she has been happy with it. The capsules are easy to take, and the product arrived well packaged and in good condition. I also like the quality of Thorne products. Overall, a good choice for a daily multivitamin for women 50+.

I bought this for my wife and the 50+ for Men's for myself, and the women's version smell significantly worse than the men's. I'm not bothered much by smell or taste when it comes to vitamins as long as they do their job, but even I'm having a hard time stomaching the smell of the women's version as it's quite strong. My wife isn't taking them at all due to the smell and the smelly burps that follow. As for their recommendation of 6 pills per day, this is a bit surprising. Just looking at the label, this is much more than a typical person needs. For example, the recommended amount of B12 even for an adult who may need a bit extra is about 10mcg, so why are they recommending 6 for a total of 450mcg? If someone has a serious deficiency in something, they should likely take a supplement for that specific vitamin, not a multi-vitamin which boosts everything. Just my opinion from someone without any medical background but who researches a lot. I take just one.

Product smells rancid. Odour is so bad the entire cupboard I put them in smells awful. Absolutely revolting to try to take.
