Awesome backpack. What else can you expect from Thule.Took it to a shoe maker to add a strap on the front panel so I can attach night lights for riding.Loving it !

top doesn't close well so stuff always dumps out when you lean over. plus should be slightly bigger and/or adjust the outside pocket so it's eaiser to use (it's thin and deep so accessing it is hard)

Product Delivered Missing the Packing Cube !!!!
Hi ! One of the main reasons to select this model of bag instead of Osprey or Wandrd was the functionality of having the packing cube with all my clothes and quickly removing it and turning into a regular backpack. So it was very disappointing and shocking when I received the bag without the packing cube. Would like to ask for the Amazon support to receive it !!! Thanks in advance, Rafael Iglesias
