Great Quality, Affordable Flossing Bands with Convenient Storage!
I’ve had these floss bands for almost a year now, and they’re fantastic! They do exactly what they’re meant to do, and I use them for various joint or muscle pain. Help with join mechanics and sports performance. What I love even more is that they come with a bag, making it easy to take them with me wherever I go. If you’re looking for quality bands without breaking the bank, these are definitely worth it. Durable! Highly recommend!

Good, but could be great.
One of the things that really helps compression (floss) bands work really well is if they are a bit "tacky" and can stick to itself as you wrap it around. These bands slip around easily and make it very difficult to get the really targeted compression that a more tacky band would provide. The bands are nice and thick and will probably last a long time, but that bit of tackiness would make them great.

Swelling meets its match.
After a pretty intense foot surgury, the swelling, per my PT, was not in check. After ensuring, all was medically kosher, he recommended this band. Used the red one only. Nightly routine of ice and this wrap (5 minute) session, put swelling in check, helping the healing process move forward.

Not good quality
Not impressed with this product. The bands are very smooth which makes them slippery and hard to keep them in place with movement during muscle flossing. They didn’t stick to the skin or stay tucked in when trying to use them like others I have. I didn’t try them out right away but did inspect them and thought everything was good so I missed the window to return them and now stuck with a product that I can’t use with my clients.

Good in principle but doesn't deliver
Great except that it's super slippery and almost impossible to get solid tension on your compression band where you need it. Doesn't compare to my mobility wod brand I had previously, save yourself the trouble and just spent the extra money if you want something that works.
