Bond Y95301 Capistrano Garden Fountain, 46", Light Brown

After a lot of searching, we ordered this fountain to replace an old one that could not be fixed. It is easy to assemble and light weight. Although I easily leveled it, I can see that there could be issues based on the construction. The vase does not lock into the base. It just sits there, so it can wobbly, depending on the excess casting material. So I shimmed it for a better fit. Based on other reviews that had issues with the finish pealing, we custom painted it and sealed it, so we will see how it lasts. We also extended the feed hose by a foot as it was too short to easily make the connection to the pump outlet. Much easier to remove and replace as needed. The base doesn't hold a lot of water, and in our area of 110 degree temperatures, it evaporates quickly. So we mount a fill hose directly to the base. Then barely open the valve to drip water into the sump on a continuous basis. Once adjusted it keeps the water levels where they should be. Once the issues are solved, it is a pretty nice fountain

This fountain is adorable. It is very easy to assemble. It looks great. And at night, there is a light at the top where the water bubbles out. Very pleased. I was replacing the exact same fountain I had before. I had it outside for about 10 years. I never took it inside for the winter, so eventually there was a crack in the water basin area. I will be more mindful with this one and empty the water in the basin and protect it in the winter.

Very easy to set up. Love the sound. Paint is chipping off a little after about 1 month.

I don't often write reviews but I was inclined to warn consumers regarding this. I read it's other reviews and many were positive, but from my perspective this is a cheaply made product. The levels fit together poorly resulting in uneven flow from one tier to the next because they don't sit level. I put this on a sun porch where the foundation is level, so it's not the ground it's sitting on. Also the "door" that gets installed to allow access to the pump is cheap and doesn't fit well. It leaves gaps and looks tacky. The pump adjustment of Minimum or Maximum doesn't really do anything to adjust the flow of water. Just a really poorly made product overall. It states that it is "stone look". It doesn't look like any stone I've ever seen. If there was an option to give it fewer stars I would have. It's going in the trash as soon as I can figure out how to get the water out of it without getting it all over the sun porch. What a waste of time, effort and money. This is the most disappointed I've been in any product I've purchased from Amazon. :(

Looks nice, instructions and parts are inadequately.

I purchased this fountain in May and it is now the beginning of August... I have had it in my yard the whole time and it is working beautifully. The only thing I wish was that it had a bigger reservoir...mine sits in the hot sun in a very humid area... and the water evaporates quite a bit so every 3 to 4 days depending on temperature I have had to add water. The fountain itself is very nice....coloring makes it almost look like really rocks.

Love the look of the fountain, and so far it works well.The only thing we had trouble with was getting the pump inside the fountain. There is very little room to work on getting it into place and we had to call a neighbor with small hands to help . But once in place, it works well!

While I really love the shape and ease of use of this product, it got 2 starts due to the poor paint quality they used to produce it. Just a few flake offs on the urn portion of the product, but the base has almost lost half of the paint they used on it. Super disappointing!!!! It is now stored for the winter, but will need to find a waterproof paint to use on it in the spring. It is a shame because the original color is really pretty, and it will be hard to if not impossible to match. Would not buy this product again due to to poor quality.
