Good motor

It’s a very bad product , I installed after buying 1 months ..otherwise I should have to return it same time .the fan speed is very less & air wen it’s 5 speed ..Comparing other brands like atomberg , havells , polycab..I’m explaining all these becoz I bought all brands fan n my new home..anyways i contacted Crompton for this , may this product is damaged or any other pbm. The worthless product I felt ..I bought this fan looks good ..my rating I 0.5 out of 10

Crompton BLDC fans are really not worth buying. I have 3 of these in my home and every one of them stopped working within a year and needed PCB replacement. Now in the second year the cycle has started again. One by one they are needing PCB replacements again. To top it all the service is pathetic. They keep cancelling ticket with false reasons without even contacting me. In the last 15 days I have raised tickets 4 times and they were cancelled every time without a single call from them. Escalating it has not helped either.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased first on July 1st week 2020. It was returned because of poor performance. But as it was from Crompton and with 5years warranty again purchased on 2nd week of the same month. The fan was sounding tik tok. Returned that and purchased third one. Now it is working fine but air flow is not as good as other same quality fan like orient. Otherwise it is running well. Now my opinion is, it is good only for five year warranty. Crompton is failed to maintain reputation. Installation is little bit clamsy. Meterials used are very good quality. Remote is working fine and no need to pointing fan during use. Energy efficiency could not be judged but durable no doubt. I think from the customer feedback Crompton may have upgraded and remove the problem by this time. So far my experience goes customer service is good of Crompton.

No complaint perfect and finishing is also nice.

This fan is good and has a great look. Decent noise and good throw of air, but its been 2 years I bought 7 of these 4 are already in fault no customer care are responding and local electrician do not know how to deal with the problem. They are not long lasting and are expensive.
