MCWlaser RECI W2 Laser Tube 90W 100W CO2 Laser Tube Length 1240mm Dia. 80mm with 10000h MTTF

I received my package and noticed the RECl CO2 laser tube W2 was damaged. l contacted MCWlaser's customer service, sent them a video of the damage, and they quickly sent a replacement. Fantastic service!

I have had to return 3 tubes in 2 months. first came shattered. Second was burned out before receiving. third had no CO2 gas in the gas tube. no seal. my chill water was inside the center tune. EXPLOSIVE problem. What made it wors is the company and the importer. they don't care. Just want me to buy more. Amazon finally helped out. In a month from now they said I can get my money back.

Item showed up early. Put it right in the machine and used it right away. Work perfectly. I have no complaints.

I measure a company not by how they act when everything goes well but by how they respond when things go bad. My tube came broken. It doesn't matter how, only that from the beginning they assured me that they would quickly resolve this. They e-mailed when they said they would and carried through on all promises.. It was apparent that English was not their primary language but their emails were understandable. I will gladly do business with them from now on!
