Very impressed with this renewed laptop. Visually in great conditions. Performs well. Battery life still very good. Came with Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 latest feature release with ease. Performs really well. Fantastic everyday / productivity laptop. Really light as well.

The laptop itself is amazing. And for £279.99 who can complain taking it that it’s brand new sell price is £1000. The laptop itself is like new condition. Yes it has a few scrapes and tiny chips, but it is in very good condition. The reviews on the laptop definitely were worrying. But they seemed to only comment on the refurbishing side of things, and not the laptop itself. Took the risk and definitely worth it. It seems to be hit or miss depending on the quality of laptop you get back, but very happy. Feels heavy, but the full metal body makes it feel high quality and the light up keyboard is a very nice touch. The speakers themselves are very good quality surprisingly, and the fast charging is a life saver. Very happy.

When I ordered this item, I did so on the basis that I needed a Windows 10 computer to run Quicken software (I already have a Surface 9 running Win 11) - Quicken will not run on Win 11. While I am happy with the quality of the computer - exactly as described, I am more than disappointed that I have a computer running Windows 11.

I’ve bought two reconditioned laptops through Amazon from Plunc™ Tech, in fact in two different countries, as they are Europe wide. Having read so many bad reviews about laptops arriving damaged from other companies I've been really pleased that on both occasions, when described as ‘excellent’ they have been, with no exterior marks or scratches, and I looked carefully for them. Both work perfectly and great value for money. Arrived well packaged and next morning delivery. I think it’s also worth looking for ‘delivered by Amazon’ which these were because if there had been a problem it’s much easier to resolve but that’s just a general point.

The product is in excellent condition apart from a few small details. The only thing is that I ordered a black model and I received the silver one which has like fabric incorporated into the keyboard (which is not my taste). The overall laptop seems to be high quality, I will ask for a black one

Laptop is as expected based on the quality rating, clean, no visible damage or marks, works fine. Battery life is somewhat reduced from what you'd get a on a new one of these, but I didn't expect they'd put an entirely new battery in and I mostly use it on mains power anyway. Lot of laptop for the price if you don't mind buying used.

I am beyond impressed with my Amazon reconditioned Microsoft Surface Laptop 3! It performs like new and was amazingly inexpensive. Don't waste your time. See photos of chips, foreign debris, scratches on notebook that was intended to be "excellent" where no visible defect from 30 cm.

Do not buy the dirtiest computer from them that is not working. I demanded a refund, but it doesn't return. Don't buy it.
