Nice little but durable key organizer that isnt as much as that orbit key stuff so i'd say its worth it. I keep four keys in it with the spacers in between and they fit in securely. The color is a nice metallic red that I like and it looks sleek. It is very easy to set up keys and it doesn't take up a lot of space nor is it bulky. I have quite a big of stuff on my lanyard but this organizer is lightweight but still metal and the screws that keep everything together are strong too. I was afraid they'd loosen over time or wesr a lot but in the 3-ish(?) Months I've had this, they're still keeping everything together securely.

Aside from that minor maintenance point, the organizer performs exactly as advertised. It keeps everything tidy, compact, and easy to access. For anyone looking to clean up their keychain and make their EDC more comfortable, this is a strong choice.

Alright so there's a few variations of this thing on the market. I went with Keysmart based on some of the reviews. Some were negative, more were mostly positive. I did prepare myself for some of the complaints about the looseness after assembly. Yes I do have this issue, but it's easily resolvable. Instructions for assembly are found on the website (so a more environment friendly attempt - kudos for this). For me I have a total of around 12 keys that I usually carry with me...sans car key. My keys range in various thickness, length, and width. So I had to plan how to stack my keys - but I was expecting this...so no worries. Ultimately I had six keys on one side, and five on the other side. This shorter side was shored up with the provided spacers. Sure enough all you need to assembly your Keysmart is a coin or some item to act as an impromptu screw driver. Once assembled the weight of your keys is centralized and neatly arranged...if you took the time to plan out how your keys were layered together during the construction process. Cons: The keyhole ring attachment - is a separate piece. So when you rotate keys out, this will rotate. Which might cause some obstruction to utilize your key(s). The average amount of keys this product can support is definitely more around 12. Why? Because 14 assumes all your keys are uniform in length, width, and thickness. I had a mix of different keys. NOTE: your keys do fold back into the Keysmart frame. They actually sit out slightly. Pros: Great if you have a few keys that have to go with you, no matter what. The frame is versatile enough to accommodate different keys. Very minimalistic and compact. Basically turns your keys into a swiss army knife. Storage in a pocket may feel a bit heavy, but at least it's organized, and noise free. Basically - if you're looking for something that keeps keys organized and quiet in the pocket. This is for you. Unfortunately this isn't meant to handle all of your different keys. It can handle some and work with different types of keys. A great option as an alternative to the keyring, if you don't have a ton of keys.

One of the reasons I like the KeySmart is that I ordered another brand of compact key organizer first (and returned). You'd think one is pretty much the same as the others, right? I was surprised to find out that this wasn't so. I edited this review to add my experience with what sound like the most common complaints: assembling it and screws coming loose: * Assembly. I understand that it's tricky to get stuff together for the first setup, and once you have it set up, you may need to rearrange some things. But as soon as I ordered it, I received an email with a link to a video that explained precisely how to set it up the easiest way. Maybe this is something that KeySmart has only started recently, but if that's not the case, I don't understand how some reviews claim that there are no instructions. * Loosening screws. I don't understand this one, either. The keys only come in contact with the *stationary* posts because the screws that loosen/tighten thread inside the stationary posts, so I don't understand how moving a key can affect the screw tightness at all. Maybe the screws aren't tight enough to begin with? Bottom line, I have had ZERO problems with screws loosening. OK, now time for my review... What do I *not* like? I think it's a little chintzy that a bottle opener is optional. But that's it for the "room for improvement" section. What *do* I like? 1) The washers are made from a thin, firm, fiber material. The result is that you have room for more keys (because the washers are thin) and the keys sit firmly parallel to the other keys. Another brand had thicker, squishy rubber washers that left some keys sitting at an angle and interfering with the keys on the opposite side. 2) Nice streamlined design. No silly stuff like wrenches or "mobile phone holders" in the outside plates. 3) Lightweight! Crazy - I didn't think this would make much of a difference, but the other one I bought (and returned) was stamped steel or something, and the weight difference was surprisingly significant. 4) The back posts are knurled, and don't turn when you tighten the screws into them. 5) The quality of the materials is much better. And you can order replacement parts if necessary. Maybe I'm naive, but unlike some of the knock-off brands, I feel like this company will be there for a while, and not on to make the next cheap knock-off item after they sell out the production run of this one.

It's well made and fairly easy to assemble although the minimum hole size on key is 3/16" so you may have to drill out a couple of keys. Holds the keys compactly so instead of having a bunch of keys clanging around in your pocket you basically have one big lump. You have to hang your key fobs and smart keys on the end. It's a great idea and probably would work well for key sets not involving car keys and fobs.

I purchased this key holder 7 years ago. It has a lot of small parts that you can add or remove to get the perfect fit for the keys you want to attach. I got the red one, and it’s nice and vibrant and easy to spot when I’m looking for my keys. The sleek & compact design makes it so much nicer to carry in your pocket. I actually bought several of them to give as Christmas gifts, because I was so impressed with mine. Everyone loved them. I gave my mom the green one, and she’s also still using it 7 years later. Every once in a while, I have to tighten the screw that holds it together, but that’s to be expected with the design. You’ll be swiveling the keys out and back in, so a little loosening of the screw is unavoidable. I normally just tighten it with my finger, but you can also use any coin as a makeshift screwdriver & tighten it. There are a number of accessories available for it, but I never did get any of those. However, I think I’m going to browse the site now and see if anything looks interesting. Definitely would not want to go without it. Very satisfied with my purchase.

A convenient way to secure multiple keys. A bit difficult to use on your cars ignition switch though. Adjustable to fit fewer and multiple keys. Will NOT hold keys with the plastic overlay though!

I purchased this KeySmart key holder and a similar key holder made by a different company that was supposed to do the same thing.... The non-KeySmart was flimsy, metal used was crap and I didn't feel right giving it as a gift (I would have been embarrassed) because the device as a whole would not have stayed together. The keys would not have stayed put and the screws would not have stayed screwed (I would have felt responsible for someone losing their keys etc.), it only held 3 keys and no option to expand. The non-KeySmart product was also super expensive almost twice the price. Now, KeySmart is awesome. I'm excited to gift this and I am ordering more to gift this year as well as buying one for myself! The aircraft aluminum is genius. The screws stay screwed, keys stay put and there is NOT ONLY options to EXPAND but you can also buy ACCESSORIES ! I'm gifting these to relatives that have a ranch where they carry a hefty set of keys to lots of key-padlocked gates, keys to barns, tack rooms, and shop buildings and various truck keys... They cannot afford to lose keys, but I have no doubt that this KeySmart key holder is going to stay together, it's compact, and easy to use. I can't wait to add accessories! It's genius, affordable and MADE IN THE USA! Last but not least, i was not paid to write this, I was not given this for my review or feed back, I am just a regular consumer that happened to come across this product and I am super excited about a quality product! They make great gifts and are so affordable that you can grab one for yourself as well.
