Is it the 'receptacle' that has one open end or the tubes themselves that each have an open end? Or is it both??

The tubes themselves have only one open end and the the vial they come in has a hole in the top

Packed well and ready to get just one

These are easy to get out and we can control the dispenser to get just one. They also snap cleanly so it conserves them. I will definitely rebut when we need more.

I ordered three containers of capillary tubes with one closed end. I revived one closed and containers with both ends open. Additional they were mailed in three separate envelopes over about a 5 day period.
