Highly recommend these beans!
Best beans on the market! When I cook with Camellia beans, I never get a bad bean. They cook up creamy and yummy without pre-soaking. I pressure cook in about 30 minutes followed by natural depressurization. I always get positive feedback from family and dinner guests when I cook with Camellia Beans.

My favorite bean
Navy beans are so versatile for dips, soups, salads, and these are excellent. I bring to a boil and simmer them for 3-4 hours, adding water to keep covered, with a handful of garlic cloves, a halved onion, some tomato product (like paste or sun-dried), and a bit of asian spice paste. Smash for a dip, serve over rice, use it as a soup base with a ham hock. Delicious!

I love these.
These have become mu favorite beans. Soft and smooth but keep their form. I precook them in the instant pot, instead of soak them for 8 hours+. On high 26 mins 1.5 cup beans, 3 cups water and a little salt. When done rinse and cook with them as you would presoaked beans or canned beans.

Great beans!
These are excellent quality beans with great taste. I cook ½ to 1 lb at a time in a pressure cooker without soaking (and no salt, so the skins soften) for 40 minutes, sometimes adding herbs d'Provence. I use the beans in pasta fagioli and with a variety of rice and vegetable dishes. When making soups, I mash some and add them to broth or tomato bases as a thickening agent, adding fiber and complementary light flavor.

Beans Beans eating Navy Beans
We love to make soups in the winter. It is hard to find these in local stores so getting from Amazon is required. Beans are beans but they make a great Navy Bean Soup (which I eat with a healthy dose of red wine vinegar).
