Stauffers Gingerbread Iced Cookies

So, I never intended on reviewing a bag of cookies, but here we are... honestly I just got these as an aesthetic thing to decorate a gingerbread house I'm making for Christmas. But.. we ended up opening them before the gingerbread house arrived and they were so good, I'll have to buy more. I didn't have high expectations, but I thought they were delightful treats. they taste like teddy grahams with a bit of ginger. Love. Holiday must.

These are delicious gingerbread man cookies. True, several had broken off arms or legs or heads, but then I bought them for personal eating, not for children's parties, etc., so this doesn't bother me. These are truly tasty cookies that I would recommend highly for anyone who wants a yummy sweet snack. These are the best!

A couple were broken but no more than if they were purchased from the store. They have a wonderful flavor and worked well with the charcuterie board that I sat out for Christmas. I would purchase them again.

Not sure at first, but I liked them.

The reasons for 3 stars:1. the price -- too expensive!2. there were broken pieces in the bag.Otherwise, they taste good and they didn't go to waste after the photography. It's convenient for someone who doesn't like to bake or has any skills in baking but would love to take some pictures of them.

So tasty, oh my! But most were broken. It was fine, though; I just threw them all in a dish for the grandchildren. No complaints there!

I purchased this as a supplement to my Gingerbread Man unit. They are unusable. Out of two packages, there were only four unbroken gingerbread men. Now, I must search for an adequate last minute replacement or leave out the teaching activity the kindergartners like the most. Very disappointed.
