Is the metal on the lamp black or dark bronze and is the lamp shade white or beige or light beige? Thank you

Hi Kim, thanks for your interest in our lamp. The metal on the lamp is brown and the lamp shade is beige. But the perception of color is a little subjective. We advice you to watch the video on the page carefully before purchasing, which would reveal the color and details about the lamp better. If you have any other question, please feel free to mail us

How do you take up slack in the cord from the bottom pole out to the side of the base, very frustrating.

I just pulled the cord from the base until it was taut with the pole touching the base and then I just screwed it in

When this lamp be available?

I have the lamp and delivery was quick

Does someone have the measurement to the bottom of the shade? I need to clear the top of my computer monitor. Thanks!

Hi friend, the height of distance from the bottom of shade to the bottom of lamp is 15.35in. Please note, there may ±0.5in error as it is measured by hand. You could check the second picture on the listing directly to know more details about the dimension. By the way, if you need any further assistance in the future, please feel free to contact us.
