Swing Hangers

Used these to. Hang a porch swing. Works well and hold up in the beams well. If you want a system that doesn’t leave you face down on a porch this is it.

Good hangers. They are starting to rust after 2 years though. They don’t squeak and they have held up well.

The hangers work extremely well. They are very sturdy and have a good weight to them. The swing mechanism operates smoothly and the hardware is solid. I used my own screws because I wanted longer ones to run into studs, as I was hanging a lot of weight. However, the screws that come with the hangers are of high quality. I just needed something a bit longer for my specific use. The hanger itself can certainly handle a lot more weight than what's stated. But if you want to utilize the full weight capacity, you'll need to use stronger screws than those provided with the device. Nonetheless, the product is as advertised and accurate.

These are a massive upgrade over the squeaky, cheap hooks that came with our playset. They feel incredibly beefy, and the locking clips give me a lot more peace of mind when the kids are swinging high. Just a heads-up: it doesn't come with bolts, so you'll need to grab some lag screws from the hardware store to mount them. Once they’re in, they are perfectly silent—no more annoying metal-on-metal grinding. Definitely worth the extra few bucks for the quality.

If your building a swing set this is the way to go even if it’s a small swing set this hinge won’t fail it Is made of thick steal and then galvanized won’t wear and don’t have to worry about the kids back flipping into the fence from it failing I got 1 set to test it but now I’m ordering 2 more sets to complete the project dont under estimate heavy duty as it really is heavy duty

These are very heavy duty and after 3 years in service show no signs of wearing out. Between these and the oversized chains I used, people think that I built the swing for an elephant. I guess it may be overkill but I'll probably never have to change it out in my lifetime.
