Daniel X: Game Over

Daniel has stepped up. I used to consider the Daniel X series second best to Patterson's other works. Not anymore. Patterson really proved himself with this one. With action, romance, and self sacrifice that will break your heart, Daniel X: Game Over is just what this series needed.

This completes the series for me. Patterson is a very good sometimes great writer. This is one of his better efforts. It's not the best he's done but still worthwhile. This is a series I will re-read.

Game Over is in my opinion the best book in the series so far. Daniel and the gang go to Japan to track down Number 7 and Number 8 on the List. Daniel's job is to keep the aliens from it being "game over" for the world. There's always a shocker every chapter and throughout the book there is a lot of emotion. I can't wait for the new book. I always seem to love most of James Patterson's novels and this one is no exception. Do yourself and get this book at your local book store or get it at the kindle store.

This book is really good and I think you should read it too. It's very action packed. If you like action, then this book is for you. It's about a teenage alien hunter tracking evil aliens from "the list."

I bought this book for my 12 year old son (& myself). We are reading all the page-turner series by James Patterson (Maximum Ride, Daniel X & Witch & Wizard). My son breezed through this book. He took it everywhere with him and HE highly recommends it to kids and parents alike. I too enjoyed the book. Mr. Patterson is gifted to say the least. Give his books a try on a child who likes a bit of "video game" in his reading. THANK YOU MR. PATTERSON!!!

Our 13-year old grandson is a voracious reader! We enrolled him in a book club the day he was born and since he was old enough to read, he has read anything he could get his hands on in print. Like his Grandmother's love of James Patterson's books, he fell in love with the Daniel X series of books and whenever a new one comes out, he can't wait to read it. He loved this one as much as the others.

My sons love this series about a boy who has powers that allow him to fight aliens. My eldest son has read all of them and my younger one is just starting but sometimes reads them for an hour at a time. Beats vampires or warlocks.

I'm not going to lie to you, I thought that James Patterson was just an author that wrote funny novels about middle school stuff. Then I pick up the Daniel X books, and I'm in AWE! Oh yeah, and don't think that I don't care about Ned Rust`s awesome cover design! [No kidding it really is boss :) ] If you like science fiction, then this is the book for you!
