It's a good garam masala needed to cook authentic Brisith Indian dishes. I cooked a Birmingham Balti with it and it came out good

My favorite garam masala
I'm not big into hot spice, but I do love a spicy dish. This is my go to garam masala when I don't want to blend my own or don't have the time to do whole spices.

Excellent with making Masala Chai.
Had not found a consistent Masala for my wife to use to make Masala Chai. Finding this was great as it was the brand she was raised using when making Masala Chai when she was being raised in Kenya.

Must have spice mix for Indian recipes
Consistently excellent batch to batch. Very good packaging which holds the spice fresh for long time. We are sold on this brand for this spice and thandoori masala too!!

PRODUCT EXPIRING 03/06/2022 AND CRUMPLED DENTED SPICE PACKAGING.
The package that actually contains the Garam Masala spice is very crumpled and dented, and the EXPIRATION DATE is 03/06/2022, so it is an older than I would have liked.

Enfin un mélange Garam Masala authentique, de grande qualité gustative et olfactive, presque comme en Inde. Presque parce que la quantité de piment est adaptée aux palais occidentaux. Piment présent, mais pas besoin d'extincteur. Parfait pour un Chicken Tikka. A mon avis, la taille de ce sachet est suffisante pour une utilisation familiale. Il vaut mieux renouveler plutôt qu'acheter une quantité plus importante. Les épices restent consommables longtemps, mais leur qualité décroît rapidement avec le temps.

Würze & Aroma: Der Duft ist intensiv: Kardamom, Zimt und Nelken stechen fein hervor – aber es kippt nie in süß. Im Mund entfaltet sich die volle Würzwucht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Qualität: Feinstes Pulver, sauber vermahlen, ohne Klümpchen. Kein Zusatz von Zucker oder künstlichen Aromen – genau so soll es sein. Verpackung: Die 85 g‑Dose ist kompakt und angenehm zum Dosieren. Frisch verschlossen erhält sie perfekt ihr Aroma (nur einmal bei der Lieferung war die Verpackung leicht eingedrückt, aber der Duft war trotzdem wie erwartet).

This smells soooo good
This smells absolutely delicious. Not too spicy for someone that's used to spice. It's a great size too so lasts quite a while so I don't have to restock for a while. Will buy again. Definitely recommend
