Professional European Cherry Mountain Dulcimer w/ Case

Nice sound, but the action is really high.Update: I am really enjoying this instrument, having found many songs that I previously played on my guitar and new ones. It is so relaxing to play it on my lap and not have to strain my arms over like I do with a guitar since I have permanent injuries in the muscles and tendons in both arms. I had stopped playing music because of it and now I can enjoy playing and singing again. Maybe I'll get my voice back! As I'm older and stopped using it much I've been dismayed to feel the quality of my voice diminishing. I do not perform, but singing is relaxing to me, especially the deep breathing that comes with it. I'm so happy I bought this dulcimer. It has a much better sound than I expected it to have and I am adjusting to the difference in string height and the form my hand must take to play chords. Fun. I'm thinking about getting one with a pick up in it.

For a beginner this is a beautiful instrument. I give this 4 stars versus 5 due to a lower sound quality than expected.

I absolutely love my new Dulcimer. This was packed very good. No damages, dings, etc. Beautiful cherry wood. The sound is so nice.
