What is the size of the pill? Is it easy to swallow

The pill measures 7/8" x 3/8" x 5/16". Mostly, I can swallow 3 or 4 of these same sized supplements at one time; however, sometimes I have to take one at a time. Depends on how relaxed I am.

I have used NOW L lysine and nature made L lysine and this., seems like everything is same., no any obvious changes in result., better to go with NOW, even tho there is no any difference, atleast can save huge money
