Yes, we had to use a hacksaw to take out the old wheels--and it was a bit of a tight fit installing the small screw part inside the suitcase. But YouTube videos convinced us it could be done, and this product provided everything we needed. The bolts, screws, and washers were double (4 each) our requirements, and the instructions were very clear. The kit even included two Allen wrenches, to tighten from the outside and inside simultaneously. If you have moderate DIY skills, and access to YouTube for visual encouragement , this should work for you as well.

These wheels were super easy to install. So glad I purchased them.

I recently took a trip and noticed my suitcase wasn’t rolling very well. I took a closer look at the wheels and noticed one had split. I drilled the original axles out and put these new wheels on. I’m on another trip now and the bag is rolling along great.

These wheels are replacements for the wheels on a Samsonite rolling duffel bag. I wasn't sure if they would work because the original broken wheels and the mounting plate on the luggage seemed to be designed for each other.I wasn't able to use the axles that came with the wheels, but with some spacers and washers, I was able to make them work.The bag rolls well now. Just have to see how long these new wheels last.

I have some 15 year old delsey luggage. One of my wheels failed but the rest of the suitcase was in great shape. These wheels are better than what was original on the suitcase!Now, this wasn't an easy job. Luggage isn't really made to be repaired these days. I had to drill out two rivets on each side and replace them with bolts. This required a small amount of modification to the plastic wells that the wheels sat in.Over all I'm glad I did this repair/upgrade as it's way cheaper than getting new luggage (and keeps my old stuff out of a landfill) especially since the wheels were the ONLY issue. However, I'd caution you to NOT undertake this repair unless you're competent in DIY and handy with power tools like drills and saws. My job required a drill and dremel tool.

These fit my Delsey suitcase perfectly. After getting the runaround from delsey about replacement wheels, I went aftermarket. I've yet to test them with a suitcase full of luggage but they should be OK.

Works well with my luggage trolly. Bearings can be popped out if you need to do so.

I had to change the wheels of my Jansport despite supposedly having a “lifetime” warranty (Apparently not. They said wheels wore out due to normal wear and tear. Loophole!). These wheels fit very well. Thank you.
