Snap brushes are my go to for a quality, fairly priced artist paintbrush. These brushes have a really nice feel to the handle and bristles. They hold a good amount of water and/or paint, and keep their shape for years. They work well for acrylic paint, watercolor and gouache. I don't hesitate to recommend these great brushes, as I will be replacing all my lesser quality brushes with these.

I love these ‘snap’ brushes. They’re great for watercolor and acrylic painting. My only criticism is they fray very easily. Otherwise, they do exactly what it is designed to do

I have tried SO many brushes for painting acrylics on canvas and I have found a few decent ones truthfully... but, these?!? They are next level. I am absolutely thrilled by how much control these brushes give me. The bristles maintain a strong point but give great flex in just the right way. The handles are finished beautifully too. I have much more expensive brushes and these are by far the best. They perform like they should cost 3 times or more what they actually do. I can't get over how great they are so do yourself a favor and let these become your "GO TO" brush. I certainly have. Fantastic product for and incredible price! Definitely try them.

Love my Princeton snap watercolor brushes. Return to them again and again. For me much more control than the fat brushes holding too much fluid.

Snap brushes have been my favorite for years. I was very upset when the art store went out of business as I could no longer find them. Finally I found them online with very limited sizes and usually in sets, I bought one. It wasn't the same as my old one. In fact, the ferrle did not hold well (I've had to continuously glue it back onto the handle) and the bristles were quite choppy, but it still had a nice soft, natural hair feel to the brush and remained to be a favorite. Now I ordered another one that is quite different. I didn't want to use the one I use for watercolor for acrylic so I bought new Snap brushes. Unfortunately, these ones just don't perform well. I tried them with watercolor first as I wanted to see how well they grabbed and held water and how long of a stroke and how clean I could get it. The first thing I noticed before I started is the bristles felt different. Not as soft. More synthetic. Especially the flat one. The second ones do not hold water as well as my first one. The third one doesn't hold water NEARLY as well as my first one or even second one. The flat almost seems resistant to water and paint. It's almost waxy. I tried using dishsoap to see if perhaps it was a residue from the protectant that is on them but after shampoo, and conditioner on the crunchy ones there's still not great. Actual brush cleaners would most likely make them much worse. I have brushes of all price points and the moderately priced Snap is my favorite and a good portion of that is because of the handle size making them easy to grip for people with arthritis, tremors, or just someone who needs a wider handle for control or to paint loosely. I just wish these were the same Snap brushes I have loved. I wish they had a full line available individually and with the original bristles and quality. Would I buy them again? I'm on the fence about that. If other brands with better bristles had wider handles it would be a no brainer. But, aside from some of the larger Simmons or a kabuki it's rare to find anything as comfortable or with the same snap. I really hope the company decides to go back to the quality they had when they were at Aaron Brothers. Michael's bought them out but they do not have the same selection or quality.

Sehr gut verarbeitet, eine präzise Formerhaltung, angenehme Haptik und ein Malergebnis ohne Pinselhaarverluste begeistern mich. Ich verwende die Pinsel ausschließlich für die Aquarellmalerei, obwohl sie auch für Gouache oder Acryl bestens geeignet sind. Für Gouache und Acryl liegen bei mir separate Pinsel bereit, um die Qualität der Borsten nicht unnütz durch verschiedene Materialien zu strapazieren. Finde ich einen Lieblingspinsel so behandle ich ihn so sorgsam, wie möglich, um lange Freude daran zu haben. Für mich bedeutet das eine Pinselpflege mit Pinselseife, liegende Trocknung nach der Reinigung und Benutzung mit nur einem Malmedium. Die Wasseraufnahme und Abgabe der einzelnen Pinsel lässt sich leicht dosieren und die Form und Einfassung der Pinselhaare führt zu exakten Farbaufträgen. Mit den Rundpinseln gelingen feine Details sowie das Ausmalen größerer Bereiche. Der Flachpinsel ist ein Garant für klar abgegrenzte Ecken, Kanten und Flächen. Das Set vereint eine Vielzahl von Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und eignet sich perfekt für Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene. LIEBLINGSPINSEL !!!

プリンストンのスナップというシリーズの筆です。ナイロン筆で腰があって少し固めな感じですが、穂先が効いてとても使いやすいです。スナップというだけあって、普通の水彩筆よりも更に柄が短く、手首が効いて描きやすい感じがします。腰が強めの筆でも気にされない方にはお勧めです。
