Q: Would this be considered the same as All Purpose flour?

I feel like this flour had more gluten than all purpose flour. It definitely acted a bit differently.

Q: Where was the wheat grown? US?

Yes it is grown in the western United States

Q: If used for bread, does this flour require extra gluten added? My current recipe does not, but I've been using a "bread" flour.

I use 1/3 cup of vital wheat gluten to replace 1/3 cup of the organic flour for each loaf of bread. It rises beautifully!

Q: Can you use this flour for pasta?

Yes, you can. Traditionally connoisseurs prefer Durham Semolina Flour. I have made pasta with All Purpose flour and Bob's Red Mill is a favorite.
