This kit has a good variety of grommets in different sizes, that will handle many different projects. The price is even better. You really can't go wrong here.

Nice set of grommets
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nice selection of grommets. Restoring old lamps and Singer sewing machine motors and speed controls, nice to have to renew those old rotten rubber grommets.

Screw in tight, feel alright!
Those grommets are far superior to those thin metal discs. It holds your screws in place and sturdy, while giving you the ability to unscrew much easier when needed. It also prevents scuffs or damage. It's not an "every use-case" kind of product but when you need it, it does wonders.
