I was looking for a way to build a good Germanic looking Imperial Guard army for 40k, and I balked at the 70$ on forge world for 10 guys. So here, we have 30 men, for 30 dollars. Excellent quality miniatures, with 4 different head options for each trooper, as well as other customization options. Truly superb.

Great figures with excellent detail and a multitude of options. 4 different headsets including incredible gas mask heads. My only issue was one of my figures was missing. So I only received 29 figures. A little disappointing but overall excellent

I'll start this off by saying- I don't like that these are made in China. Not because the Chinese do a bad job- far from it as you'll find out- but because I don't appreciate their human rights abuses. That out of the way, this kit is an awesome deal.I recently decided to do a Death Korps of Krieg themed army, and after looking around, I decided that these guys fit the bill the best for me. So I swallowed my pride, and took the plunge. I have to admit that I am very pleased with how they turned out. There are a couple arm/head combos that don't work very well (I used gas masks exlusively for all the models) but overall, the fit and finish was great.The kit doesn't come with bases, but that isn't a problem if you're willing to find them elsewhere. I decided I wanted thinner bases for these guys, so I went with a simple set of "1" Tokens" for $8/100 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0752FF8TP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Together they make a great pair, and I can't wait to get my 1/48 AFV Club Tigers to go with them into battle.There are enough rifles to make every model with one, and each rifle has the bayonet fixed (All the yes on this one- I love models with fixed bayonets). I ran the included light machine gun as a "grenade launcher (I refer to is as a "Burst-Las"), and armed my Sergeant with a "power shovel" that I just count as a mace. All things considered, they are an excellent option for DKoK proxies or as a German themed Guard army. They have four different head options, six of the LMG's per box, and lots of additional equipment to kit them out with.I only give them four stars because of where they were made. If they were made almost anywhere else, easy five stars. Would I recommend them? Yeah, I'd have to. In fact, I want to finish out the army with them. More sucking up my pride I guess. Maybe we can convince Wargames Atlantic to shift production out of the CCP's regime.
