Halex Shuttlecocks, Assorted Colors (6-Pack)

They are light and playing with them is fun, but the durability is a huge problem. We play about 5 times a week, and by the end of each week one shuttlecock is too frayed to be used any more. One of the shuttlecocks in the set started disintegrating ten minutes after we first started using it.I would recommend this set for little kids who don't really play but like throwing shuttle cocks around for fun. However, for adults who play fairly regularly it's not a good choice. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low price, like I was. These shuttlecocks are not such a bargain, taking into account that you will go through the entire set in a month.

didn't hold up with kid use

They aren't very bouncy and not compatible with the rackets I have -- they stick in between the webbing. I prefer rubber and these are definitely some sort of plastic. I still use them occasionally and only have one nice rubber one left. Also it was suggest to me to have my rackets tightened and then they might work together.

Do not buy this product!!! I received the product in bad condition. Its box is a soft plastic container that makes it easy to dents. When I opened the container, the shuttlecocks are no longer circle. I tried hard to return their shapes to the original shapes but failed. The product is dissimilar to the original shuttlecocks. It looks like a toy for kids. Very disappointed. Spent $7 for useless stuff.

After reading some mixed reviews for these I wasn't sure how well they were going to perform, but I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't think they were cheaply made at all and after using them they didn't show any signs of wear. I don't think you can go wrong with the price because if you play badminton then you know these don't last forever..but so far so good.

If there are badminton players in your household, this is a good deal.Another basic (and good quality) product that is so much more conveniently ordered through Amazon rather than driving 6 miles here and there to look for.

Gets the job done

These shuttlecocks are not rubber-tipped as the description says. They are hard, smooth, plastic tips that slide easily through the strings of the racket. It's annoying in the extreme to think you have made a perfect hit, only to find the shuttlecock stuck in your racket. It's an instant game-killer. They are also not quite heavy enough for a good flight into the other court; the game is different. We used these once - yesterday - and I threw them away upon returning home. I don't recommend these, not even to beginners.
