I love the taste!
This is the second pack of dried sea buckthorn powder I have purchased. I love the taste and I know it’s doing me good. I add it to my overnight oats or morning porridge.

Fantastic product
The flavour is quite strong if I have more than a tea spoon, so I mix it up with yoghurt and honey and have it with my cereal, delicious 😋

Better than pre workout 🏋️♀️
When I take this before training witj some bcaa powder, it’s like I’m superwoman. I have so much energy and strength and can run like I’m on batteries 🪫It’s incredible. So much healthier than pre workout but also so much better. All I will say is TAKE IT EARLY IN THE MORNING. It gives you SO much energy that when I took it at night, when I first started using it and was experimenting, I found that I couldn’t sleep at night bc I was still buzzing. I Googled this and found others have the same experience. So just take it in the morning. Hope this helps

Doesn't taste nice
Looks delicious in the pictures, or at least as if it can be used to make beautiful desserts etc but in reality it tastes awful. I can't see what I can mix it with that will make it taste better. Might be just me but for me it was an expensive mistake.
