Excellent Lightweight Wool Socks
I love these lightweight wool socks! I have already ordered more. They are perfect if you don't have alot of extra room in your shoes, some are so cushioned they take up too much room. The merino wool is soft and the sizing is true to the size chart. I wear an 11 and ordered the Large. They wash nicely and don't shrink in the dryer. The top of them is wide enough that they don't dig in to your leg, but the socks stay up and on your foot like they should.

Great socks good fit
I wear these with my hiking boots and tennis shoes. Very comfortable, mid to light weight material, both cooling and able to provide warmth. Some pairs have shown some wear (thinning, pilling) and others are still perfect. Not sure why.

Good for summer, light weight
Pro. Nice and soft and light for summerCon. On the first wash the hem in the top had to be sewn up on two out of three pairs

Wonderful socks (Update)
The media could not be loaded. Update 1/18/25 ( Been wearing these socks for 3 months with a wash on average every 2 weeks. I have had no issues. No holes. I have read reviews that holes show up on the 1st wash. Those people must not be using wool detergent or are washing these wrong. If you wash them right and use the correct detergent, you will have no problems. Updated 12/14/24 (Wore socks almost 2 weeks letting them air out at night. They held up very well, kept moisture low and very little odor which would disappear overnight. Finally had to wash them but overall great socks). Let me start by saying these socks are absolutely wonderful. You can check my video for a full description of my review. The only downside is the letter L on the bottom of each sock. If you are super sensitive, you may feel it, I myself felt it for a minute or two and then it was gone. So my one feedback to the manufacturer is why don’t you take that letter and place it up where the ankle is? Then it won’t bother anyone when they walk and your product would truly be 100% perfect.

Fabric stiff and rough on my skin
I wanted to love these merino wool socks. Perfect ankle height, beautiful white. But I think the fabric blend was not a good one for me. I do believe it is mainly wool, because it passes the water droplet wool test. But the blend with nylon results in a roughish texture that does not get better with wearing. Also, the sock slipped around in my shoe making walking uncomfortable. In full disclosure, I have always had a problem with tolerating nylon fabrics. I thought the low percentage in this blend would not cause a problem, but that was not the case. So the socks do present as a good quality, they are just not soft. They will probably wear well because of the nylon though. Did not return because I wore one of the pairs for a day to try them. I will pass them along in my next clothing donation.

Very good value - 90% Merino Wool hard to find!
Rarely leave reviews but IMO, these socks are AWESOME. 3 pairs for $15 can't be beat. It's insane how hard it is to find decent socks these days-- most are either polyester garbage 6 packs for $15 which fall apart immediately, or premium brands gouging you for $20 for a single pair. These RZTATs are in that middle pricing sweet spot at $5/pair. The most impressive thing is these RZTATs are *90%* Merino Wool. Look at some of the other big brands (Darn Tough etc) and their merino wool content has declined-- they used to be 65%, now many styles are only 45-50% merino. This RZTAT manufacturer can afford this I imagine because these socks are not full crew length, and the socks are indeed fairly thin-- but they are not as thin as, say, stockings (as one reviewer claimed). So less overall material costs. But merino wool is far superior to cotton/polyester as a fabric, and 90% merino is one of the highest percentages I could find anywhere. The 10% nylon gives them the perfect amoutn of elasticity (and nylon >> polyester). These should be great wearing with casual sneakers in the summertime, working out etc.I actually bought a pair of Darn Toughs (Darn Tough Light Hiker Micro Crew, only 43% merino!) socks along with these. The Darn Toughs are also this "thin wool" style as well, but are full crew length. The Dts cost $21 for one pair. Honestly, these RZTATs are more comfortable-- the Darn Toughs (size Large) are quite tight, almost like compression socks, though still better than typical polyester garbage of course. The one advantage the DTs have is they do have a little padding under the balls and heel, these are unpadded. But if you're wearing with comfy sneakers that's irrelevant IMO. I'm a size 10 Mens shoe, the Large RZTAT socks fit me perfectly, not too tight, not too loose.I only wish they made this exact style in a crew/quarter crew length. The extra materials costs might push them up to $8/pair or something. But I'd gladly stock up on them. In the meantime, I'll probably buy another pack of these quarter/ankle socks.

Breathable warmth
I live in the Pacific Northwest where it's pretty much always damp. I love to walk and hike, so keeping my feet warm and dry is a continuous struggle. I wanted to find a moisture-wicking sock that's more casual and sporty than my big ol' hiking socks, and these are exactly what I was looking for! Comfy, soft (not itchy at all), cute, and deceptively warm.
