Does this comes with the thin double sided tape on the edges that stick to the edge of the LCD??

Not at all, you have to peel out the original one and apply it with this one. The og tape is, however, still surprisingly sticky

Will this work for Nintendo switch lite?

I don't believe it will due to the lite being one whole handheld console vs the regular having the removable JoyCons. You'd have to look up screen dimensions for the lite vs the regular
