Great speakers, look smart and discreet but are very loud. They are very quick to set up and pair them together which is useful. Looking forward to trying them in the shower - being waterproof is a great feature. They also seem sturdy so will be safe in the hands of kids! I did a lot of research before purchasing, and am happy with my decision. They are great value too.

Before starting my review, I must first mention the features on this device which I am not interested in and so not tested, i.e. Bluetooth capabilities, water proofing, portability, battery life and phone connectivity. That said, I am interested in the sound this item produces along with it's responsiveness. OK, so to start my tests I charged this speaker and, while still charging, I connected it to my computer and played a few tracks from some of my favourite digital albums. I found the music played came across as ever so slightly veiled, I also found the bass to be more on the lighter side of my personal preferences. However, on pressing the EQ button this speaker pushed the vocals forward rather than boosting other parts of the music, as other manufacturers' speakers seem to do, this was surprising but I did enjoy this new presentation. Next, to check this device's responsiveness, I played a few YouTube information videos. I found that this speaker worked well, i.e. lip syncing was spot on and every sound played happened when it visually occurred on screen. Next, I incorporated this device into my music system, which contains tone controls, and again this speaker did not disappoint, the voice enhancement was a joy to listen to and I was able to correct the bass-lightness that I heard earlier. I also really liked the fact that I can play this speaker while it is charging, you can't do this with some bluetooth speakers from other manufacturers. I also liked that it would remember and restart it's settings from the last time it was switched off. The main reason for purchasing this speaker because, unlike some speakers, it still retains an aux input port, I only play my music via the aux port and so I really appreciate the retaining of this facility. But I retained ownership because of it's additional useful features, i.e. can be played when charging, voice boost, restarts it's settings from when it was at switch-off, and it's sound blended quite nicely in with my current music system. In fact, I liked this speaker so much that I bought a second one. I'm listening to some smooth jazz as I write this review and the music just sounds heavenly. In conclusion, and along with the recent £5.00 price cut, I have no problem giving this device 5 stars because of it's value for money and 4 stars for it's sound reproduction.

The sound quality is good and the product feels to be of a good quality

Brought this speaker as we was traveling to a beach is summer , the sound quality is very good and the battery life last we needing up going to 2 beaches and the battery lasted

Quality is that of a £15 speaker. You can get a big one for about 35. So this is a rip off.

Grymt ljud med tanken på storleken. Vattentät bra för mig som har den på bygget. Ända negativa är att batteriet håller ca 4h. Men med tanken på priset för den en klart full pott

It works great we use it a lot, not very loud in big outdoor settings but for personal use great!

Für den Preis ist dieser Lautsprecher unschlagbar. Ich wollte ihn in erster Linie für Podcasts und Hörbücher am Bett und dafür ist er perfekt. Ich hatte vorher einen iPod Air Mini zurückgeschickt, weil Stimmen damit einfach dumpf und hohl klangen. Mit dem Ortizan klingen sie wunderbar klar, und gleichzeitig auch voll. Dazu ist der Klang für Musik auch sehr gut und klar, solange man relativ nah am Lautsprecher ist, und das ist im Bett natürlich der Fall. Pairing funktioniert schnell und sicher, und als ich gelesen habe, dass es auch Stereo beherrscht, habe ich direkt einen 2. bestellt. Aktivierung der Stereo-Funktion ist zunächst ein wenig fummelig, danach aktiviert es automatisch, sobald man den 2. Lautsprecher einschaltet. Wichtig sind dabei 2 Punkte: 1. Die beschriebene Sprachbestätigung vom Stereo-Modus kommt nicht. Es gibt nur eine kurze Tonfolge. Und 2., der „links“-Lautsprecher ist dominant und sollte immer zuerst eingeschaltet werden. Wenn man 2 der gleichen Farbe hat, sollte man einfach einen Knoten in der Schlaufe machen, dann weiß man, welcher das ist.

Amazing mini speaker, compact with great sound and the added lights to get you in the mood. Quick and easy to setup and I love the fact that it is dust proof. I think it’s great for the price too
