Other reviews noted the brightness as a potential issue at night, for me the light sensor mode works well and I'm more than happy at the dimness in the dark. Perhaps more importantly, my wife likes a very dark bedroom, and even she says it's not too bright. Yes it does illuminate the room, very slightly, but for me, it's easy to see at night without being problematic. In daylight.... ITS BRIGHT!

nice but quality wasnt great as led light in dark doesn't come on most times

Needed to replace an old digital alarm that had broken. This was for an autistic adult so trying to replace can be tricky. Great that you can alter the brightness but would be better if it could dim it more. Recommend.

Does what it should do

Great product - arrived quickly - very good value for money and I love the look and feel it adds to the room. The dim light is perfect for through the night so I can keep it on the bedside table without the brightness. I would thoroughly recommend this alarm clock - I’m super pleased with it and would not hesitate to recommend it.

It stopped working after a few months

This SZELAM Digital Clock Large Display at first glance looks good, even if it feels very light and flimsy (as mentioned in other reports). But it does its job in telling the time, The issue I'm having is the brightness of the display, I originally had it set to auto so at night it wasn't too bright, but daytime it stayed in the lowest brightness setting (3 in total Dim, Medium, Bright). I switched the clock into manual mode and set the brightness to medium, what I thought was the best of both day and night situations. But have now found that the clock doesn't stay in this setting, after a few hours it either reverts to Bright which is annoying in the night or Dim which is even more annoying unable to read it in either the day or night. The original packaging it came in has been disposed of so can't send it back for a refund, only hoping when/if the supplier reads this review they can rectify this issue (replace it with a fully working one and I can then return the original one back in the packaging). When it does work for the limited time it is good and easily read for those of us that struggle with ageing eyes.

Brilliant

Highly recommend this clock as a cute and stylish decorative piece to any room. Although the reviews shed a poor light on this clock, I believe most the poor reviews were due to the user instead of the actual clock. I'm not a 'tech savvy" person but the set-up of this clock is super easy and if you read the instructions quiet clear on how to set it up properly. I'm not using it as an alarm clock, but it is very light weight and the stand isn't very sturdy so if you need to press a button regularly to turn it on and off this may be an issue. Other then that this is a trendy looking clock, that is easy to read, bright enough to see in any light and love the mirror background as a cool design touch! Love it!!!

Item came with the packaging super dented and the base of the clock was bent. Other than that, it works as advertised.

Easy to see and I love that it is dimmable. Easy to set and visually appealing .
