What's on your source, minus a few things, but the sound image remains neutral
Let me start with the bad thing. My biggest problem with using it is that, as opposed to previous Sennheiser headsets, the microphone doesn't switch off, when folded up, so you have to do it on your phone or on your computer, which is less convenient. It's not a true open-back device, but it provides plenty of room for the ears to breathe. A few users seem to fail to realize that the ear pads slide in order to match the user's head size. For large heads, it might not be the most comfortable solution, but it's probably the best for phone calls, for which is what I need them. Used on a Geemarc Ampli, human voice is detailed and articulate; better than I've ever heard on a headset. When used for music or movies, the sound signature resembles my HD 660s2, except for the bass output, which is cut off around 100Hz. The midrange is understandably not perfect, and the ambient sound ("harmonics") doesn't exactly resonate the way a more expensive pair of Sennheiser does (except for the ones made for the phone, which I've found way inferior to these. For telephony, these sound the best I've ever heard, and I've been working on the phone for a long time. While this is not for listening to music or movies, it does a decent job at both, especially in its price range. This one is replacing the discontinued PC-230. It has a little-bit enhanced midrange (or maybe, it's only my amplified phone), which makes it perfect for phone calls/human interaction, which is exactly what it is for.

IT WAS AS EXPECTED
Great product for our soundbooth at our office. Came on time and was completely as described in description on the amazon page. Very satisfied. Thank you.

tinny, pink/green
Flat on the ears, not cupped. I bought this for a friend whose hearing aids howl when he uses cupped headphones and of course cannot use IEMs. But this headset's microphone output is tinny, no low frequencies. Sounds terrible! And the plug doesn't fit his phone. This has two TRS, not one TRRS. I don't want him to have to mess with adapters, so I'm returning this.

Do not recommend
Poor sound quality when listing to output. Teams and discord experience was also poor, picks up a lot of background noise.
