Inexpensive and works better than expected.
I bought this to aid in dealing with barcodes on products I've purchased. Makes filling in registrations easier. Scan code into notepad. Copy paste what I need into registration site. It also read the 2d laser etched on various esp32 processors I have on hand to get MAC address and other data. These readers used to be too expensive for my occasional use but now quite reasonable.

Good price for an accurate and speedy handheld barcode scanner
It's plug-n-play and scans very quickly. No problems with 2D barcodes or scanning QR codes and did so easily without errors. Not a heavy duty build quality but good enough for in an office and priced right!

Light weight but works great
It’s lighter than I thought it would be. Make sure the cord is pushed in and it works. I had some issues in the beginning with it disconnecting. I guess I didn’t have the connector fully pushed in. Working great now.

Excellent barcode reading
The barcode reading is very good. The ability to read QR codes is a plus. The barcode reading is better than other readers I have used for lower quality barcodes. The only concern is because it reads QR codes it may pick on the incorrect barcodes if they are close together and narrow. But a piece of paper helps with shielding one of the codes. But I still find it worth for trouble with the reading quality I get on trouble codes. And it is an excellent bargain for the quality.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what else to say but when it does work it works good. I would say it works about 75% of the time

Won’t Scan My Computer Screen
Does not scan my computer screen. It takes a while to actually scan papers too. I have to attempt to scan the paper multiple times and most importantly, the reason I bought this in the first place, it won’t scan my computer screen.
