tried ordering this book from 3 separate people. the 1st 2 cancelled my order because they had already sold it to someone else, and the 3rd 1 labeled the book wrong (included media pack and study guide, charged me wrong, and then cancelled it because "it would be easier". went to barnes & nobles instead
