So how much calcium do they have? The back label says 500 mg calcium carbonate, the inside back lable, says 200mg calcium. What gives?

The front and back state 500mg calcium carbonate as the active ingredient per tablet. The inside is informing you of the amount of "calcium" as a nutrient you are getting per tablet.
