Hi it works with nvidia shield 2015?

Yes, but you may need to do a system update to your Shield TV before it will recognize the new controller, I had to do this with my older-version nVidia Shield Pro (the flat box rather than the "pipe") that had been "factory dafaulted" before I got it. Luckily I had an nVidia Shield gamepad I could use to do the update & eventually get the new remote to pair after a few updates.

How do I program it to my Nvidia shield?

It is very simple. You must be VERY close to the NVIDIA shield to do initial paring. Be within 1 Foot of it with the remote. Power up nvidia shield. Press and hold the round select button on the remote in the middle until the light on the remote flashes. Watch the screen on the nvidia shield. It will tell you when paring is complete.

The original remote that came with my shield broke so i am unable to get into settings, will i still be able to pair this remote?

Just hold the the remote close to your shield and it will auto-pair. No settings required.
