Does it come with lancing device?

Mine said on the box that a 33G lancet was inside but NOPE. No lancet and no test strips! Not happy about it. I called customer service and they were "on another call" and took my number to call me back but of course I never heard from them again.

How to get Nova Max plus glucose and ketone strips ?

Excellent product with dual use of measurement of Blood Glucose Level as well as Blood Ketone Level.While the meter is available in India (from Amazon India), the consumables i.e., the Ketone Strips, Glucose Strips and the calibration control solution are not available in India in any of the e-com websites. They are also not available with the large pharmacies/chemists and importers of medical/surgical equipments. Cost of importing from US/EUROPE/MID EAST is quite high, with landed cost of each strip of Ketone testing costing Rs. 200/- or thereabouts and each strip Glucose testing costing about Rs. 30/- or thereabouts.Perhaps the underlying reason is low level of awareness among INDIAN DIABETIC PATIENTS & INDIAN DIABETIC HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS who apparently have not caught up with cutting edge research on diabetic care which includes metabolic switching from glucose burning to ketone burning therefore the need to monitor Blood Ketone levels regularly.
