My purchase of the Real Wow Posture Corrector is solely to work in conjunction with my Upright Go 2. This allows me to avoid the extra expense of purchasing the adhesives needed for the Upright Go 2 on a continual basis. The posture corrector is a perfect complement to my Upright Go because by itself it provides physical resistance on my shoulders to correct my posture. At the same time the Upright Go provides me a warning when I start to slouch. One thing to note is it can be irritating and uncomfortable under my armpits. I do wear it over my clothes and try to wear a thicker shirt to avoid the discomfort. I believe this can be a great addition to treating bad posture and neck/back pain. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Can’t use it too stiff and uncomfortable!!!

Too small for a man who is wearing a M/L size shirt. Not comfy, and does not help to retain a proper posture. The only usage is to hold the Upright Go devices.

I can hardly adjust this without running out of Velcro and it is very stiff and uncomfortable

Despite it fitting awkwardly for someone 5'2", 140lbs, it STILL does the job with the adjustable straps. It IS uncomfortable though due to the middle part in the back bunching up due to the excess material, which at times does push up towards the base of my neck. Maybe there's one that would be a better fit, however, this one is working so I'll stick with it.

This is a great for me to use my Upright Go posture trainer.I use this for my horseback riding students and see great results!
