Perfect when you are having diarrhea as a T1D. liquid tastes thick, slight sweetness. it has potassium zinc, and chloride, essential ingredients for recovery. they finally put a foil cutter on the cap. price isn't too bad, 4 for 25ish... As a diabetic, it's much harder to find quality electrolyte drinks.

I drink one of these a day either during my workout or throughout the day. It has made a significant impact on the way I feel and get through intense workouts. At first, everyone though I was silly. Now, you are lucky to find these in stock at the few places around town - SF tastes 10X better (not salty) than the original AND it has no sugar (original has sugar because it is for dehydrated children). This has the perfect balance of electrolytes you need to consume together. Love that people are catching on except these are becoming more difficult to find. Yes, they are about $6-$7 each, but well worth the health benefits. Both flavors taste good.

Pedialyte, long known reputable brand with great flavor that is effective wether ill or dehydrated. It’s a great value and provides great hydration.

Got this for my Dog when she was sick. She liked the flavor I guessed as she would drink it all. I diluted it 1:1

Bought for electrolyte balance during coloscopy prep. Tasted great and did its job. Be aware it does have sucralose, which is a trigger for many people with IBS and other digestive issues. But since I was on the toilet every 15 minutes anyway for the colon prep it didn't matter in this case.
