Calasparra Rice - 1 Kilo Bag (2.2 pound)

I love this rice. I know it is on the spendy side of things but its taste makes it worth while. It is a great rice if you want the rice to absorb the flavoers in a paella or a just plain casserole. I use it in dishes like chicken and rice with peas. This particular treatment reaaly wows your company. You can pretend that you had to pay particular attention to your cooking. All I do is cut the chicken up small, add 1 cup rice and 3/4 broth and put it in a 365 oven for about 20 minutes. When you are sure that the chicken is done and the rice is al dente add the frozen peas cook for a few minutes longer. Serve. Hope that this review will entice you to try Calasparra rice in some of your own casseroles.

What you see on their advertisement is not the same when they ship it lol never again.

This product is great for pialla! When we ordered the pialla kit from La Tienda it contained “bomba rice” & we were not sure if this was comparable. It definitely is!!
