Great arch support and comfort
Great arch support with shock absorbing cushioning. Can be washed gently with soap and soft brush to freshen up. 6+ months of wear in my court shoes used about 10 hours a week and I have not worn through the top fabric. Durable in my experience.

A perfect fit, and it relieves pressure on calfs.
I use the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles for my standard issued military boots. If you have ever worn a standard military boot, the shoes do not come with any sort of arch support. It has a flat slope for the inner bed, and walking around all day with those boots makes my back hurt. Now, I do not purport to whine and complain when gears are heavy, but a flat arch support (or the lack thereof) does not help with the situation. After much consideration, I have decided to give insoles a try.I decided to purchase this particular brand because of the reviews. As it had with the many other people who have reviewed this product, I am really satisfied the way it worked out for me. First of all, the insoles fit inside my boots perfectly, from toe to heel. It didn't require any kind of cutting or adjusting whatsoever. However, I may have gotten just lucky.Second, the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles stays in place when I am walking, running, crouching, or doing other activities that require big motion gestures and movements, so that was nice. Most importantly, not only my back stopped hurting, but my calfs began to feel different. I do not know how to word this quite eloquently, but my calfs feel loosened from being "stretchy" all the time. It is a weird feeling, it is something that I do not express often, so please bear with me here. Imagine a sensation that pulls your calf in every direction, from heels to the place where it bends inward at the knees, side to side, inside out, the entire calf portion of the leg pulling. Now, imagine a sensation that releases that tension. I am not a doctor or physical therapist or anything, but the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles may be distributing the pressure on the foot to the places where it is appropriate. Anyway, the point that I am trying to make here is that these soles made me feel good about buying them. So, I would easily give it five stars : )5 Stars: This product delivers what the seller claims, and the product demonstrates superior quality compared to other products in the market. Furthermore, the product has a good cost-benefit value.4 Stars: This product delivers what the seller claims, and the product demonstrates superior quality compared to other products in the market.3 Stars: This product provides what the seller claims, but you may find something better in the market at a similar cost.2 Stars: This product works, but not to the effect that the seller claims.1 Star: AVOID AT ALL COST. It might bring you harm (i.e. automobile windshield repair product might create more cracks).

Order 1 size bigger if you want to trim to fit.
These are very comfortable but not true to size. Order one size larger if you want to be able to trim them for a true fit. I ordered the size 9-10.5 mens to put in my size 10 Ariat boots. The are about a 1/2 inch too short.

Great for high arches and wearing low arched shoes, likke my sneakers.
I have high arches, and these work great in my sneakers. I tried them in my hiking boots, but the boots are made with some arch support and they were just too high for that purpose.

Life Saver!!
I have a fairly rare auto-immune issue called Delayed Pressure Urticaria which involves getting painful deep tissue hives due to extended pressure on any body part. I primarily have issues with my feet that have always showed up a couple days after a long day on my feet, walking in sandals, or wearing cleats, etc. . . I have had issues with this for 20 years and tried tons of different orthotics/arch supports/inserts/etc. . (not correctly diagnosed for the first 15 because everyone thought the issues were related to my high arches).I stumbled on these about 5 years ago and they made an absolute huge difference for me. I buy a new pair every time i buy a new pair of shoes and immediately swap our the junk inserts the manufacturers use for these. The combination of arch support and cushioning has dramatically reduced my issues. I still have problems occasionally (especially when i am braking in a new pair of shoes) but i am at least 90% better with these.Couple nit picks that i wish were better - the red part on the bottom can get pretty sticky, and a lot of junk sticks to it. This isn't really a problem unless you are swapping these to another pair of shoes (which i have to do sometimes for snow boots or something). It also leaves some red color on the bottom of your shoes (which also isn't really a problem as you would never see it if you put the original inserts back in. Also i wish they lasted a bit longer than they do. i tend to wear out the surface of these a bit before my shoes wear out (overall i am pretty hard on inserts and shoes though).
