OKS German Chain Lube Spray 500 ml

This product is excellent. I’ve been using it for the past seven months, and this single bottle of 500ml is lasting. I think I have about five to seven applications left. I’ve noticed that the less you spray, the more it lasts. It’s expensive compared to other similar products, but it lasts longer than most. As for the lube, does it fling? Yes, it does fling quite a bit, even if you use a minimal amount of spray with a wipe down. However, it’s relatively easier to clean with some chain cleaner and a microfiber cloth. It lasts more than 500km in a single application. I haven’t tested more than that, but I lubricate every 400km, regardless of what the manufacturer says. It’s easy to clean off the chain. Yes, with a chain cleaner of your choice, it’s relatively easier to clean compared to other products. I don’t care about it because I use a pressure washer with a chain cleaner, so it makes it brand new. Dust attraction — yes, it attracts single-layer dirt onto the chain, but it’s fine dust from the air, so it’s not a problem. Smoothness — I guess all the lubes I’ve used so far have given me perfect smooth drive, but the thing about this is that the entire 400-600+km feels the same smoothness. There’s no compromise in that, so it stands out. Application — the spray thing could have been better if you shook and pressed the nozzle completely. It sprays everywhere, so you have to use the guide straws and spray it gently if you don’t want lube onto your tire, swing arm, etc. I ride a Duke 390 bike. I usually cruise at speeds between 120 and 140 kilometers per hour. I cover a distance of 400 kilometers in a single ride. The terrains I ride on include tarmac and freeways.

It's the best of all I have used , buy it blindly you will not regret, I just clean the chain with diesel filled in spray bottle, spray diesel thoroughly and then rotate wheel in top gear at high RPM that all dirt and debris and diesel fly away , after doing this process two times I wife off chain with clean cotton cloth , then wipe of the chain with two tissue paper so that it becomes completely dry , then let it be 15min , than spray OKS chain lube very well not over not less and it's done 👍 , I prefer to do this all at night so that after lubing the chain all night it can spread inside . But still u can do it anytime , i felt the noise of chain completely gone in my new chain sprocket ( 8m not sure bout used one), and I realised the pick up increased somewhat , happy biking 👍👍👍

This is not working properly on Honda CB series.

The quality of this lube is good and last pretty longer but in winter need to apply frequently and so far no issues with the lube if offers.

So far I have used Motul, Motomax, Kangaroo, Liqui Moly and some others but, quality and price I got with OKS was definitely worth it. I have Honda Hiness and has an O-Ring chain. The draw back is it requires Lubrication every 400-500 kms with every cahin lubes I mentioned above. And most important, Cleaning of chain was a mess. I am using cheaper way ( kerosene) to clean my chain but even with motul chain cleaner Mess was the same. After using OKS, i have traveled 600+ kms in dusty as well as city condition, chain is still not dried, non-sticky( dirt has not got stuck with chain). It has some silicon base lube which is non sticky. I definitely know that chain cleaning will be an ease after observation of my chain. Definitely a 👍
