One battery was defective
I like everything about this camera but I’m very disappointed with the seller because the description and picture didn’t say that 2 of the batteries are not the original GoPro ones also one of these cheap batteries was defective.....in conclusion I paid a lot extra money for 1 extra battery that’s not original. Be careful about this bundle from this seller.

Has potential, but falls short
The GoPro needs some way for the cameraman to receive real-time feedback about what he's recording. Almost every second of video that I took during a recent ski trip has the camera pointing in the wrong spot. It's all pretty disappointing.And, with temps being freezing cold, and heavy gloves on, there was no convenient way to review videos immediately after taking them.While on the slopes, it also wasn't possible to tell whether the camera was recording or not (it was either fastened to my helmet or my chest, using the GoPro "Chesty" device). The response of the Hero9 to voice commands was next to useless. Cannot tell you how many times I said, "GoPro start recording" ... and what happened was that it STOPPED recording, because it was already running, and I didn't know it was recording, and it couldn't tell that I had said "START" and not "STOP".The feature that lets you automatically upload videos to the cloud (over a WiFi connection) does not work well. You can eventually get it to work, but it's like pulling teeth to get it going, and often it stops because of some unspecified error. Uploading a 32-GB card required two overnight failed attempts and a third successful attempt. It was extremely frustrating.The Hero9 is capable of taking great videos and photos. There's an amazing amount of technology built into it. But the problem of not being able to tell what it is that you're filming makes all of that pretty much useless.
