Heavy sword nice looking blade

I've always been a Highlander fan and having recently purchased a functional replica of the Duncan sword, I decided to get the Connor version as well. I found the Hero Sword version on Amazon and ordered straight away. It took about a week to arrive - today in fact. It was well packed in a styrofoam container wrapped in tape. The sword was in a nice black sword bag with the blade well oiled and wrapped in plastic. No rust at all and the oil wiped off with a few swipes of a paper towel. The Connor tsuka is nicely detailed but not to prickly to hold and seems very solid with a brass mekugi pin. OOTB there is no rattle. The blade is well shaped and sharp but not super sharp.Here is the great customer service part - the one flaw was the saya. It has a large c shaped crack about half way down. Otherwise it seems nicely made and holds the sword perfectly. I emailed the company thru the Amazon link asking if the would replace the saya and got a response saying that I would be contacted in 2 business days. Instead, I received a response by email in about 1 hour, apologizing for the crack and promising to send a replacement with tracking number to follow. That's tremendous customer service if followed through on and if done, I will edit this review to reflect that.Follow up - I finally received the replacement scabbard after two months. It took about five weeks to arrive from China and then a further three weeks for the USPS to deliver it. This included a ten day period of the USPS sending it back and forth between two offices in Kansas. Anyway it got here and is in perfect shape.
