This is a completely useless product. Doesn't even install properly through the drivers provided. When you are lucky enough to successfully install the drivers, it prints only garbage texts. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Defective product replaced
At first we recieved a defective product with missing wire. Got it replaced and the second one works well. Look for 2 wires, one unopened paper roll along with printer covered in plastic film
