Good for back-country back-up
Work as a snowmobile guide in Montana and got the saw as an easy to carry back-up. Looks like it will do the job. Might be a little tricky to get it under a fallen tree, but I guess that's my problem. Very compact and long enough to cut a good sized tree. Haven't had the need for it yet, but putting my faith in it.

Love this - super handy!
This is really lightweight, durable and super handy.. even my 9 year old son was able to use it! Great for camping.. but I intend on keeping it in my duty bag in case of emergencies! Really can't beat it for the price.

These teeth are made for cutting.
When I first received this saw I was really struck by how heavy duty it felt. No cheap cable or wire blade here, this is like a real chain saw blade. At both ends you'll find nylon handles that have solid stitching and look to hold up under the stress of use. I did a few test passes on a fallen log near the house and the teeth really dug in. It does take a bit of strength to effectively use the saw, but for it's size and portability you can't beat it. This is definitely going into my pack and will be with me whenever I go camping.I received this item free for my honest review.
