You don't need to know much about plumbing to install this thing. It looks and works GREAT! However the instructions fail to mention that it can be dismantled, making it easier to install. Be VERY CAREFUL with the set screws as they can disappear faster than a Special Forces trained ninja warrior.

This was easy to install and the instructions were very clear. Buyer beware: you do need to cut a metal pipe to install this item, per the instructions (so need more than just a wrench and some plumbing tape). Luckily I was equipped to handle this, so no issues. Other than that, it was super easy and straightforward! Looks great to boot. The shower heads are definitely plastic, so there's that, but to be expected for the cost. The handheld shower also does squeak, as mentioned in the other reviews, but haven't had a chance to try the fix suggested by others - I have high hopes though. Lastly, I did not screw in the bottom attachment piece as I was worried about breaking the tile. I secured it using a robust 3M double-sided tape instead - will report back on how this solution holds up. Overall, highly recommended!!Edit: bought another for my main shower. The guest shower one has held up great after a year or so!! No more squeaking and I didn't do anything to fix - just a fluke I guess. The double-sided tape I used in the original application has held up well for a guest bathroom, but it has a bit too much wiggle for my taste so for this main bath one I did screw it in and it is much more sturdy. You will need a special screwdriver bit to get a hole in your tile (I used a carbide tip and it worked beautifully for my ceramic tile). Really simple install if your just even slightly a DIY'er. Water pressure is great from the handheld; softer from main rain head but still very pleasant. Definitely recommend these, for the price it can't be beat!

A bit fiddly to put together but a nice shower when completed.I believe it may have a pressure restrictor at the inlet because it produces a rain shower (low pressure) flow from the fixed shower head, rather than a more forceful spray ; I prefer that, so am pleased with it. The hand held spray does have a bit more forceful flow.Was delivered with some missing parts so had to contact Soka for customer service. They shipped replacement parts (from China). Good communication and follow through !

Nice shower head for the price, the diverted can be positioned to use the wand and the rain head at the same time. Just wish the rain head rod was a little longer but its still a comfortable length from the wall and I'm a larger man

You will need a plumber and one that knows how to drill on tile for install

This is a brilliant design! I love that I could swap out my existing shower head for this unit. I didn't need to T a second pipe off my water supply as the water flows from my existing shower head plumbing out to the external T for the Wand/rain shower head. You get great water flow/coverage and it looks fantastic, LOVE this showerhead combo!

Horrible product. In the last 1 year the shower busted causing a leak which I was unaware of and water bill was way too high because of this. Happened a few times already. Someone needs to reach out to me from the seller to replace this product
