A300PRO

I have the a300s the a200s 3000pros 1850s and a t5 sub recently added b700 soundbar. Also the whn950 headphones from airpulse/edifier. Each set has sounded better then the one before it. So far I have been happy with the products. The a300 pros sound extremely good.. they were easy to set up. I use a blue noid to stream hi res audio. They solved the slow and some what sloppy mid base of the earlier airpulses. The ribbon tweeter is still amazing. It's nice they expanded the staging. The a300s had a very narrow near sound field. You really had to sit in the perfect position to get that sound, and you know what mean. The pros make it much wider. They upped the power on the woofer, staying with the under hung voice coil. They also upgraded the dac and amps. The wireless is super easy to set up. And the little display in the front is sweet. The finish isn't as nice as the earlier models kind of feel like they skimped here. The aluminum remote feels good in the hand. The only problem I had is the four anchors they used to hold the speaker to the stand all pulled out. The customer service I received was terrible kind of seemed like they couldn't care less. I fixed it by putting apoxy in the holes to hold the anchors in..easy enough but after giving airpulse/edifier about 6k I was hoping for some reciprocity at least. But like I said they didn't seem to care. To sum it up the sound is very clean and natural. Easy to set up. Easy to use. They look very nice and expensive if you will. A couple hick ups but I would still say buy em you won't regret it.

I love speakers from Edifier family, they sound great, I have s2000mkiii and had s3000pro in the past but sound from a300pro is on higher level, I connected a300pro to Rmi- ADI2 Dac via XLR and connected 2 subs svs sb3000 via MiniDSP and sound is just amazing. I dont know why but There is not much information about those speakers on YouTube or internet but they sound fantastic. One down side is remote control doesn't work if balanced output is on. Those speakers are much better for me then Kef ls50 W2, Elac Navis ARB51 and all speakers I ever had, can fully recommend them. Enjoy 😉

Jon has a great review but for one point - the A300 Pro balanced inputs bypass the DSP and internal DACS, or they should as I have the AirPulse A200 and feed them audio signal thru the balanced inputs from an outboard DAC. Very few consumer units have a digital output ... except for a few super high-end CD players.

These are true audiophile speakers. I hear things in the music that I had never heard before.
